ACP SURVEYORS audited the technical offices of Gruppo Baglietto which included the offices of Baglietto Varazze, La Spezia and Cantieri di Pisa. The owners of the yards were given a detailed presentation, which also showed possible solutions to improve efficiency and optimize human resources in the foreseen group restructuring.
