As a language mediator in English and Russian, Giada has an academic curriculum in international and diplomatic relationships. She is deeply passionate about language services, from subtitling to translation and cultural mediation. With four years of experience as a back-office assistant, customer care representative, and basic accounting, she has developed key skills in interpersonal communication, office management, customer service, and administrative tasks. After a training period in Latvia, she returned to Italy and joined ACP.
